Felt in the mood for some cartoons today.
Moo-chan's Mono as an EXPLORER.Parody of Catdog with me and Kitty's fursonas. XD The comparison's pretty much perfect, right down to our personalities. I was a Cartoon Network junkie, so I never really watched this show, but I remember seeing a couple of episodes.

Oh, yeah, this was for our joint account on Deviantart. We're completing the 100 themes art challenge together!

I found Sketch Swap today - it's a fun site where you draw into the application, and swap your drawing to get one by someone else. Spent a while doodling on there:

fursona fixup

Found this picture I did in CT class, about 2 months ago. I thought it looked rather horrible, (the mons at school have dull color settings or something) so decided to fix it up. I like it much better now!

Our latest project in Art Extended at school is using oil paints. Awesome fun!

So this is my first time using oils. Definitely quite a different feel from acrylic, actually the only way I can think of to describe it is.. well, oily! XD
And when I was done, I doodled Squish n Kitty. 8D

New hyksi characters

Here's a couple of characters I designed today! They're hyksis from the Ryvarda world, which are sort of like a cross between deer, weasels and rabbits.

Bean is Sweet Pea's childhood friend. He's also Sweet Pea's unofficial sidekick, servant, henchman, human hyksi shield, scapegoat and footrest. No, I'm kidding about that last one.
