killing one stone with 2 birds

Our English class is making a mix music CD as a little souvenir to celebrate the end of the year. I was asked to do the cover - here it is, and it was loads of fun! The album title is an inside joke.

big cats

I think I'm on an animal kick lately. I'd forgotten how fun they are! Anyway, I'm pretty sure the relative sizes of these cats are off XD; Shall we pretend they exist on seperate planes of reality?

a mother's love, finished

I do really like how this came out in the end. After spending over two weeks on it from start to finish, I feel accomplished! XD

update on a mother's love.

fur-framed face

Quickie, inspired by Greg Rucka and Steve Lieber's Whiteout, on post-it note.

a mother's love

A painting in progress for school - I'm changing my direction a bit, and taking a look at filial cannibalism in hamsters! So far this one is really tough to tackle and I keep on reworking it, reworking all the different parts. I like the visual of the mother hamster literally just STUFFING her own baby into her mouth though. Hope I can make the image work.
