A gift for Kitty, based on her piece Draconian Crackdown. After looking up the title I found that it's actually named after a song by Rasputina, which is about, well, a draconian crackdown; then I began imagining this crazy lady army that goes around brainwashing the community and arresting innocents... and uh.. this drawing just sort of popped out from there! XD
