I has no updates T_T

My computer crashed itself for a week, and I have nothing in particular to update with. :( Here is a month-old drawing.

There are some figurative studies we've been doing at school - I'll post those at a later date.

the big Vancouver art dump

Well, I decided to get off my butt and upload the stuff I did in art camp in July. Pardon the image quality of a lot of these... the pictures don't fit in my scanner, and my camera shots were of less than desirable quality XD;

My bag, done in conte:
Arm and foot studies, drawing from a male nude model. His name was Steve and he was kinda tubby and seemed like a nice guy.
Homework assignment: Design a poster for your own imaginary movie. Mine is an animation film about an octopus mama who needs a chill pill! 8D

I asked the model to pose for me for this one (I was sitting in a chair propped up above her XD)
There is some other stuff I haven't uploaded as well, but this is most of the better drawings :) That is all. It was a really awesome course!

Started out as a color pencil test, and then ended up picking the most simple sketch I had done and messing with it on the computer. I think the end result is cute. XD

Artist square for HR Boogie

Part of the application for HomeRun Boogie is to make a little picture square with your organization's name on it, which I think will be put on the map of the con space. Here is mine, featuring Tajima, Hanai and a really corny pun! :)

I sent off my application today - can only hope there will be a space for me! I really don't have an idea of how much competition there is for the spaces on the day. Wish me luck in getting a table!
